Pixel- Character practice

This piece was meant to practice character designs and using digital glow effects. Not only that, but it also functioned as a challenge to my design skills since the character is a redesigned version of an older one that I created. While the background is a little bare and there are a few minor anatomy issues, I don't feel like they distract too much from my intended purpose.
